Had the worst customer service experience with Tessa.
We love the groomers! And they are always helpful and knowledgeable in the retail store too! Great selection!
I'm giving a low rating because the customer service at this store is very poor. For example, I called in last weekend because they had announced a pet adoption event online. I called on Saturday to confirm event and the Grooming department answers. The lady that answered first said she did not know what I was talking about. She then said that the event would be Saturday at 1pm. When we got there there was no event. We were told by the clerks that it was impossible someone told us that. To come back Sunday if we wanted to, but they were not sure who was going to be there. This is one example of a few where we've had poor customer service.
This is a great store with knowledgeable employees. If you need dog training, RJ is amazing!
