Horrible service. Every single time I go in this place the (Indian guy) owner or manager - not sure his title - harasses me about packaging, or shipping address, or delivery. The term 'harass' is used because it hasn't happened once, or twice, but every single time... without fail. This guy instills doubt/fear/concern over something related to the shipment, so I'll ask for a better box, or better service, or ANYTHING that has me paying more than I expected to pay. Today was ENOUGH... walked out, went to next closest UPS store, and had ZERO problems, questions or concerns. Will NEVER use this UPS location again. Clearly this guy is completing his own google surveys, because YELP shows poor reviews from customers who have had similar/same experiences.
I am so tired of this guy that works here, he is always closing early!.... 30 minutes to 45 mins early. Now I have to keep paying late fees for my rent .... smh
Mark and his staff are very professional and personable. I have rented a mailbox at this location since 2004 and have never had a negative experience. On several occasions I have had specific needs and requests and they have gone out of their way to make me happy.
